Introduction to Pour Point and Low-temperature Dynamic Viscosity 

Pour point, an important index of lubricating oil, is a temperature value, and directly determines the minimum temperature at which the product remains liquid flow. Namely, lubricating oil cannot solidify in low temperature environment and winter, but can maintain a minimum temperature for a good circulation. The smaller the negative value is, the better the cold-resistant effect of lubricating oil is in low-temperature environment and winter. In this inspection report, the measured result of WELLSLUBE product is -31, while the test index is that the value shall be no more than -25, which means the pour point of WELLSLUBE product is better than the quality standard at least 6℃, proving that the cold-resistant effect of its product is very good; low-temperature dynamic viscosity, in mpa.s (Milli Pascal. Second), mainly refers to the performance of the product by which the vehicle can start smoothly at the standard low temperature. Generally speaking, it refers to the cold start capability in low temperature environment and winter. There is reference value regarding this date, while the standard reference is no more than 7,000 in this inspection report, and the smaller the actual test value is, the better. Namely, the smaller the actual test value of the product is, the better the low-temperature start effect of the vehicle is (provided that the starting engine and battery state of the vehicle are in good condition). Obviously, the measured result of WELLSLUBE product is 3,290, less than half the standard value, which fully illustrates that WELLSLUBE product can enable the vehicle to start smoothly within the measured temperature, namely, the cold start performance of WELLSLUBE product in low temperature environment and winter is extremely good. After analyzing the above two indexes comprehensively, it can be concluded that WELLSLUBE product is fully applicable to low temperature environment and winter, and they can protect the engine effectively, and achieve rapid start effect. If you cannot start your car in low temperature or winter after choosing and using WELLSLUBE lubricating oil, please check whether the battery, starting engine, circuit buckle and positive circuit are out of order, thus solving the problems effectively and protect your car immediately. 

Introduction to Evaporation Loss and Open Flash Point 

Open flash point, one important temperature value of lubricating oil, refers to the temperature environment in which the product reaches the evaporation point, namely, how high the temperature is when the evaporation is generated during the use of the product. In this report, the reference value of standard quality index is no less than 215℃, and the measured result of WELLSLUBE product is 245℃, 30℃ higher than the standard value, proving that the high-temperature evaporation resistance of WELLSLUBE product is stronger. Evaporation loss, another important index of lubricating oil, is reflected in percentage. The reference value of standard quality index is no more than 20%, while the measured result of WELLSLUBE product is 6.2%, far better than the standard quality index, and the evaporation loss is only a third of the standard index. These two test results fully indicate that the oil loss of WELLSLUBE product is extremely low in the normal use of the vehicle. More frankly, it is unlikely for engine oil to enter engine combustion chamber in the normal use of WELLSLUBE product.
